Dispatch Times:
Kolibri ships worldwide, subject to carrier availability. While estimated delivery times are provided, they are not guaranteed. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 20 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination. Once an order leaves our facility, Kolibri is not responsible for any transit delays or the time it takes for the package to reach the customer.
Please note, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Weekends
During busier periods it can sometimes take up to two working days for your order to be shipped. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, may only be shipped on Monday.
Public Holidays
Delivery times may take longer during Bank Holidays & Public Holidays (Christmas, New Year etc).
Customs and Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or additional charges that may be incurred upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at [email protected]. While we will assist to the best of our ability, Kolibri is not responsible for delays or lost packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packaging & Order Inspection
Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the packaging. If the delivery packaging appears damaged, take a clear photo or video before unpacking the parcel. If you proceed to unpack the parcel, be sure to video record the entire process. Without this documentation, we may be unable to assist should there be an issue.
It is essential to check your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it accordingly. If your shipping bag is damaged, record a video before opening the parcel to provide necessary evidence for any claims.
Why Dont You Ship Yo My Country?
Unfortunately, there are some countries we are unable to ship to due to the lack of available couriers that can transport orders from our UK warehouse to these destinations.
