Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Free from any marks, damage, odours, or pet hair

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the return being denied and no refund issued.

Timeframe:

  • You must request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that are requested after the 14-day period.

Socks and underwear can only be returned if they remain fully sealed in their original packaging.

Sale Items: All items purchased during sale events are eligible for exchange or store credit only. At this time, we do not offer refunds or store credit for sale items.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing and shipping your orders, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] 
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include clear photos or a video of the item and packaging.


How to Initiate a Return

If you need to return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if applicable.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • For any returns made after the 14-day period, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.

Returning Multiple Items

If you are returning items from different orders, please send them separately to avoid processing delays.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. However, we’re working on making this available soon! If you need a different size or item, we recommend returning your original order for a refund and placing a new order.
